The Indians opened the 2011 season with a resounding 42-0 victory over the Gregory-Portland Wildcats. PN-G dominated in the first half to take a 35-0 lead.
First year starting QB Travis Miller completed 19 of 27 passes for 225 yards and 4 touchdowns. Miller also ran 8 times for 47 yards and a touchdown. Senior WR Jayce Nelson led all receivers with 9 catches for 140 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Way to Go Indians.
Great way to open the 2011 season. Very good on offense...well-prepared, efficient, and outstanding execution. The PN-G defense has improved exponentially...and looks like a PN-G defense of old where all 11 men run to the ball and put a helmet on the ball carrier. Great game Indians.
